Customised training and nutrition plans based on your goals with 24/7 support from Anjuli will set you in the right direction to reaching your goals. 

The aim of the 4 Week Kickstart is to show you that you can achieve your goals and that it doesn’t have to be complicated. At the end of the 4 Weeks we can set some new goals for you and see what's next - exciting!!

What’s included?

  • 4 Weeks of Training and Meal plans specifically designed to YOU. They will be based on your body composition, current day to day lifestyle, and of course - your goals.
     
  • Help with goal setting, tips on tracking progress, a recommended shopping list and advice on supplementation.
     
  • The 4 Week Kickstart program is to get you on the right track to achieving your goals. We want to show you that you CAN stick to a plan - nutrition and training doesn't have to be complicated. 
     
  • After you sign up, you will be emailed a questionnaire that covers the basics about your day to day routine, level of fitness, goals, body type and the foods you like/dislike. This allows us to create a plan that suits your wants and needs in order to reach your goals. All our plans are personalised to YOU and YOUR GOALS.
     
  • 24/7 access to Anjuli via email - I am your accountability partner. Regardless of where you are in the world, we are just a quick message away.
     
  • At two weeks we will have a checkin so that Ross and I can see how your mind and body are finding the meal and training plan. We will then adjust them accordingly. The 4 Week Kickstart is split into two workout phases - each training plan is to be carried out for two weeks.
     
  • As long as you continue to check in with us and maintain communication whilst following your personalised plan, then you will get the best results possible.

Please allow 3-5 days for a review of your questionnaire and the creation of your customised training and meal plan.

Note: Spaces for plans from ANJULIMACK.com are very limited due to everything being customised to individual goals.
