The 8 Week Challenge includes customised training and nutrition plans based on your goals. With 24/7 support from Anjuli, you will transform and maximise your results.

What’s included?

  • 8 Weeks of Training and Meal plans specifically designed to YOU. They will be based on your body composition, current day to day lifestyle, and of course - your goals.
  • Tips for eating out and tracking progress, recommended shopping list, advice on supplementation and Anjuli's Top 10 tips for long lasting success.
  • The emphasis here is to embed long lasting habits whilst educating you in the “If It Fits Your Macros” (IIFYM) principles so that you’ll be able to have more balance when it comes to fitness and everyday life. This will require the app "My Fitness Pal."
  • After you sign up, you will be emailed a questionnaire that covers the basics about your day to day routine, level of fitness, goals, body type and the foods you like/dislike. This allows us to create a plan that suits your wants and needs in order to reach your goals. All our plans are personalised to YOU and YOUR GOALS.
  • Access to Anjuli 24/7 - I am your accountability partner. This requires a check in every week via email with photos and the option to contact me at any time with questions or concerns. Regardless of where you are in the world, we are just a quick message away. If requested, Skype calls can be arranged fortnightly as well.
  • With the weekly checkins, we will find out how your body and mind are finding the training and meal plans in order for Ross and I to make adjustments along the way. You should expect a new training plan each fortnight and a change in meal plan when needed based on your weekly progress. 
  • As long as you continue to check in with us and maintain communication whilst following your personalised plan, then you will get the best results possible.

    Please allow 3-5 days for a review of your questionnaire and the creation of your customised training and meal plan.
  • Note: Spaces for plans from ANJULIMACK.com are very limited due to everything being customised to individual goals. We want to give you the attention that you deserve when you sign up. If the plan that you are after is out of stock, please contact Anjuli here and arrange to be put on the waiting list.
