This Fit For Life 10 Week program is for anyone that is looking to transform their life - mentally and physically - whilst learning how to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. It is the most comprehensive of the programs available.

You will receive customised training and nutrition plans that are based on your goals. Anjuli will be your accountability partner providing 24/7 support and weekly checkins to ensure you change your lifestyle and transform your body.

Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, build self confidence or overall become happy, healthy and strong - I am here to help you!

What’s included?

• 10 Weeks of Training and Meal plans specifically designed to YOU. They will be based on your body composition, current day to day lifestyle, and of course - your goals.

• Help with goal setting and tracking progress, tips for macro counting (including how to eat meals out), recommended shopping list, advice on supplementation and Anjuli's Top 10 tips for long lasting success.

• The overall emphasis here is to embed long lasting habits whilst educating you in the “If It Fits Your Macros” (IIFYM) principles so that you’ll be able to have more balance when it comes to fitness and everyday life. This will require the app "My Fitness Pal."

• After you sign up, you will be emailed a questionnaire that covers the basics about your day to day routine, level of fitness, goals, body type and the foods you like/dislike. This allows us to create a plan that suits your wants and needs in order to reach your goals. All our plans are personalised to YOU and YOUR GOALS.

• Access to Anjuli 24/7 - I am your accountability partner. This requires a check in every week via email with photos and the option to contact me at any time with questions or concerns. Regardless of where you are in the world, we are just a quick message away. If requested, Skype calls can be arranged fortnightly as well.

• Based on the weekly checkins, Ross and I will make adjustments along the way. You should expect a new training plan each fortnight and a change in meal plan when needed based on your weekly progress. 

• As long as you continue to check in with us and maintain communication whilst following your personalised plan, then you will get the best results possible.

Upon completing the 8 Weeks, there is the option to continue the weekly or fortnightly checkins (including training and nutrition) which we can discuss based on your next set of goals. 

Please allow 3-5 days for a review of your questionnaire and the creation of your customised training and meal plan.
